Origin Issue & 30 day game time codes

Good morning everyone,

   We are aware of an issue with purchased 30 day game time codes.  Origin has currently stopped selling them until we can replace their codes on file.  We are sorry for the delay,  but this issue should be resolved by tomorrow.

Publish 81 Comes to Origin and Izumo

Update 1:20 p.m. EST: All shards are back online.

We are taking down all shards  tomorrow starting at 11:00 a.m. EDT (17:00 CEST).  During this time we will be patching new clients in preparation for Publish 81 for all the shards. In addition, published 81 will be published to Origin and Izumo.

At the moment we anticipate the shards to be back online by 3:00 p.m. EDT (21:00 CEST).

Server Connection Issues

Update 3:00pm EDT: In order to resolve this issue a new client has been released. If you were having issues logging in, please make sure to run the new patch.

We are aware of the issues that some of our players are having with connecting to the game servers. We are currently working on the problem and hope to have a fix in place soon.

Account Center Maintenance - 03/20

Update 10:00 am EDT: The maintenance is over. All functions of the account center are available again.

Greetings,

We will bring down the Account Center for a short maintenance tomorrow, Wednesday March 20th, at 5am EDT (10:00 CET). During the maintenance you will not be able to change subscription or redeem game codes.

At the moment we anticipate the Account Center to be back online at 10:00am EDT (15:00 CET).

Updated Client

A new client is being released during your shard's regularly scheduled maintenance this evening. This client is to support some of the great holiday treats that have lined up for you!

In addition, the TC1 shard is being taken down for testing. At this time we expect to bring the server back up tomorrow morning.

Log In Server Maintenance - 03/12

Update: Maintenance has been completed.

We will be bringing the log in servers offline tomorrow, Tuesday March 12th, at 6:00 am EDT (10:00 GMT) for essential maintenance. 
At this time we anticipate that the servers will be back online no later than 9:00 am EDT (13:00 GMT). During the maintenance players will be unable to log in, change a subscription or redeem game codes.

Hardware Improvements

In an effort to improve hardware performance, Napa Valley will be taken down today, at  11:00 am EST (17:00 CET).  

At the moment we anticipate the servers to be back online at 2:00pm EST (20:00 CET).

After the improvements have been implemented, we would appreciate any feedback regarding lag issues on this shard sent to barmstrong@ea.com.  In these emails the following information would be greatly helpful:
  • Geographic location
  • Location in game when you experience the most lag
  • What  activity you were doing ( if applies)
  • Time you see the most lag

Thank you for your patience as we work to improve shard performance.

At the moment we anticipate the servers to be back online at 1:00pm EST (19:00 CET).

We will bring down the Account Center for a short maintenance tomorrow, Thursday February 21st, at 8am EST (14:00 CET). During the maintenance you will not be able to log in, change subscription, redeem game codes, select vet rewards or place new houses.

At the moment we anticipate the Account Center to be back online at 9:00am EDT (15:00 CET).

Dread Horn Encounter Issue

We have confirmed an issue with pets at the Peerless Dread Horn Encounter. Until further notice please do not use your pets at the encounter. We hope to have a fix in place soon.
