DESCRIPTION:As is normal on the first Saturday of every month\, King Blackthorn bids all governors attend the monthly Council Meeting\, to report on the state of their town\, make requests\, and avoid the Royal Executioner. He’s a bit pedantic when it comes to attendance. \nAll citizens are welcome\, and opportunity will be given for anyone who needs to address the council to do so under the heading of “other business” towards the end of the meeting. \nYou are requested to keep your pets occupied in the library – we have a fine selection of books in a wide variety of animal languages. \nAlso\, please keep your spells unchanted\, your weapons sheathed\, and your fists unclenched. Anyone commiting flagrant acts of violence may find themselves visiting the moat monster.
