Items may become endowed with magical properties in five different ways. These are: Runic Crafting Imbuing Runic Reforging Random Generated loot Special Crafted items (minor crafted, major crafted, spellbooks) The range of items an individual property can be found on, and the intensity range of the property, will depend on the method by which the item was created.
