Plot Broker’s Ledger
Following on the collapse of a condemned house a raffle-style process that provides all players an opportunity to compete for newly available housing plots was introduced publish 122, February 2026.
- When a house collapses, the plot enters a raffle state and becomes available for sign-ups via the Plot Broker’s Ledger.

- All raffles remain open for a minimum of 24 hours and maximum of 48 hours before winners are announced.
- Sign-ups will close 30 minutes prior to winner selection
- IDOC house locations and active raffles are shown in a gump accessed via the City Trade Minster’s context menu.
- Players may purchase raffle tickets using gold and platinum.
- Players must be able to place a house in order to participate in the raffle.
- Ticket ownership is tracked account-wide, allowing participation from any character on the account.
- Ticket prices increase progressively with each purchase a player makes across all raffles. This increase is specific to each account participating in the raffle.

- Upon purchasing a ticket, players will receive a map in their backpack displaying the plot’s coordinates.

Winner Selection and Claiming
- At the end of the raffle period, a single winner is selected.
- Winners are notified via in-game mail, and will have three days to claim the plot.
- If the winning account does not claim the plot within the allotted time, the plot will not be re-raffled but instead will be open to regular house placement following a 24-hour cooldown.
- Only one winner is selected per raffle.
- The right to claim a plot is account-bound and cannot be transferred, traded, or sold.
No Entry Scenarios
- If no players participate in a raffle, the plot will automatically become available for regular house placement after 24 hours.
