Phase 1: The Siege
Work together to lay siege to a city and break down large defensive barriers blocking entry. Our carpenters should make reinforced barrels for our alchemists, who will use them to make barrels of explosives. Use these to break through the walls on the bridge. To do this they will need supplies of black powder, fuse cords, and crystalline blackrock.
Once the bridge is clear move to the catapult emplacements.
For this stage our carpenters should make siege deployment kits, using ingots, wood and cloth. Our blacksmiths, siege ammunition kits using ingots, crystalline blackrock, small blackrock and void orbs .
Double click on the siege control console to deploy the siege catapult, this will use the siege deployment kit. Double click the catapult to open the menu to load it, many ammunition kits will be needed to batter the gates to the city. Warriors should guard the gates from spawn, if they are diligent, a crafter with a pack animal well loaded with ammunition kits could man the catapult.
Throughout the siege earn rubble in various styles, names, and hues, with a rare chance at a special item. Once the siege is broken move to.

Phase 5: The Defense
- Defend the city from a Void-Touched army
- Earn Artifacts Of The Riftborne from waves of attackers
- Waves increase in difficulty; use the Potion of Glorious Fortune for better rewards
Once the defense fails, players will be removed and the event restarts after 30 minutes
Hidden Chests
- Use Detect Hidden to locate and reveal chests across the city and within The Depths
- Chests may reward gems, reagents, artifacts, rubble, maps, rare deco, or one of four uber-rare stealables, including corruption, small pieces of Blackrock, Crystalline Blackrock, Void Core and Void Orb.
- Luck increases your odds of rare stealables
- Chests are locked to the revealer and their party for 2 minutes, then become free-for-all
- On Abyss ruleset shards (Siege/Mugen), looting during this time flags as criminal
