I am happy to announce as of yesterday the store has been fixed and we are again able to purchase codes from the EA store. Thank you everyone for working with us so we could get this taken care of.

I wanted to let you guys know that the EA store has not fixed the issue of purchasing codes as of yet. I know they are working on it and we hope to have it fixed soon. As soon as I know anything I will let you guys know.

Greetings all,
The issue was reported last week to the EA store regarding players unable to purchase specific types of codes. We have been working with EA to try to resolve this. Please hold off until tomorrow and try again. If you are still unable to purchase any codes contact me directly at Mesanna@broadsword.com so I can inform EA that whatever they are working on did not work.
