All shards are now up and running.  Thank you for your patience with us while we corrected this problem. Mesanna Good morning, We are having some technical issues with the cloud servers, which is the reason why the West Coast shards are currently down.  We hope to have this issue resolved and shards back up in approx.2.5 hours. The updates to Vendor Search and the Promotional Codes are now complete. Vendor Search will update properly and you should see an increase in speeds in which you receive your Promotional items in game.
