Cure Potions Cure potions will now cure poison based on the relative strength of the cure potion and the poison afflicting the character. Publish – September 22, 1999 The following was released as the September 22nd Publish on September 22, 1999. Smelting Armor and weapons can be smelted back into ingots. Items you wish to smelt must be in your back-pack. Smelting will be tied to the mining skill. The higher your skill in mining, the more ingots you will get back. Client updates November 19 1998 Second Age players have received a client patch which will make the automatic translation feature function using default values even if UO.CFG lines are not present. Players who have not upgraded to Second Age have received a client patch which merely changes their LOGIN.CFG file to point to the login servers introduced with the Second Age. You should not notice any difference in play from this change.
