- Awarded directly to the character on completion of the Echo of Mondain encounter.
- From singed scrolls handed in to the reward vendor at the Lyceum in Moonglow. Some of these you might hold back hoping to earn favor with Eltto Brah the Fanatic
- From Crates of Combustibles handed in to the Pyrotechnician in the active city.
