Headless have usurped the Governor’s office in Jhelom and rumors abound about the return of the Beggar King who was a central figure behind the recent Gorilla attack on Britain Bank.  Did the Beggar King fall in the Hedgemaze amid a cloud of Pk Chicken feathers, or was that simply an imposter?  And what of rumors that his body did not make it to the morgue?

Oceania is troubled, what with missing Governors and the fall of Jhelom’s Governor, who has yet to take back his town.  Will the Beggar King return and try and usurp the throne?  And will the former Governor of Jhelom enlist more mercenaries to try and retake his town?  One attempt failed and Orc Brutes held the town.  The headless reign…
