The Echo of Ashmedai returns to Umbra bearing the bloodied skull surrendered—or taken—from the forgotten Feluccan Warlord. The relic was never merely an offering. It is a vessel.

The Echo calls Britannia’s adventurers once again and leads them to an ancient ritual site in Felucca. There, through blood sacrifice and infernal enchantment, the Echo binds itself to the Red Skull. Its incorporeal form becomes flesh: the Essence of Ashmedai, a physical manifestation capable of carrying its master’s will into the mortal world.

The Essence reveals the ritual’s final requirement: one hundred mortal souls must be consumed by Ashmedai’s Pet.

It opens a gateway into the depths of a bloodied dungeon, drawing the adventurers toward the creature. The final confrontation becomes a desperate attempt to destroy Ashmedai’s guardian before it can consume enough souls to complete its master’s resurrection.
