It’s Valentine’s Weekend! Love is in the air! It’s time for chocolates, hot dates, long, slow moonlit walks by the river, and fancy meals at the more expensive taverns in town!

Love has been outlawed. Anyone expressing affection for another will be brought before the governor, and tortured by the High Lich (formerly the treasurer), until all compassion, affection, and love has been drained from their soul.
