Governors are reminded that they have a duty to (pick one):

• Attend the meeting to represent their town.
• Send a representative in their place if unable to attend, or
• Submit a report of their town’s state of affairs to the EM Hall mailbox at least 12 hours before the meeting starts.

The meeting is open to everyone who wants to attend. Guests are reminded:

The meeting is under the King’s Peace. Anyone breaching that peace will be banned and removed from the council chambers. The king’s decision is final, but bans may be revoked after the meeting at the king’s discretion.

Pets are to be left at home, or left in the library below the meeting chambers, where they are welcome to read any of the fine literature available there.
