Siege Perilous – Siege Council Meeting
As is normal on the first Saturday of every month, King Blackthorn bids all governors attend the monthly Council Meeting, to report on the state of their town, make requests, and avoid the Royal Executioner. He’s a bit pedantic when it comes to attendance.
