We’ve made a tweak to the “Glorious Fortune” potion. Players under the effects of the “Anti-AFK” penalty, won’t be able to use this potion. If you’ve already consumed the potion and then get the “Anti-AFK” penalty, the potion’s duration will be adjusted to ensure you get its full benefits.

I was just informed by the EA store that they have fixed the issue allowing players in Turkey to purchase codes. Thank you for letting me know asap so we can make sure these problems are taken care of.

Beginning with our Japanese servers this evening, all shards will be updated with Publish 116.1 following their normally scheduled maintenance. Please check out the publish notes and ready yourself for the Treasures of the Feudal Lands!
The Treasures of the Feudal Lands will be active following all shards being published. We expect the event to start rolling out between 12pm ET and 3pm ET on 10/18/2023.

I wanted to let you guys know that the EA store has not fixed the issue of purchasing codes as of yet. I know they are working on it and we hope to have it fixed soon. As soon as I know anything I will let you guys know.

The issue was reported last week to the EA store regarding players unable to purchase specific types of codes. We have been working with EA to try to resolve this. Please hold off until tomorrow and try again. If you are still unable to purchase any codes contact me directly at Mesanna@broadsword.com so I can inform EA that whatever they are working on did not work.

We are in the process of adding additional people to the access list for the New Legacy Shard. You will be getting a NDA to sign as soon as I have that returned I will be adding you to the Slack channel we communicate with. Since we have over 700 people sign up for the beta testing we are just pulling from the stone originally placed.

Good afternoon,
I have heard from a number of people regarding the event last night on Origin. I just wanted to take the time to say I hear you, and the EM in question hears you. In the nearly 15 years this Event Moderator program has been live we constantly strive to put on fun and exciting events for our players. Sometimes the best laid plans still result in technical difficulties. These difficulties were not intentional and this particular EM is deeply regretful the event did not go as planned. It is my hope players will join me in giving this EM a chance to put on future great events.
