Original Minor Artifacts can be found in 3 different ways. Killing the special Paragon Creature that spawns in Ilshenar, which gives you a small chance to receive one. Paragon Creatures can be recognised by their golden color and the text (Paragon) after their name. Anytime a creature spawns in Ilshenar it has a 1 in 20 chance of becoming a Paragon. Armor Refinement

Armor Refinement allows players to apply Refinements to non-medable armor. Where armor would ordinarily be non-medable, but has the property Mage Armor, the property can be removed by an npc mage guildmaster for a fee of 250,000gp. The property can be re-added subject to the armor not having more than four properties or not being an artifact. Uncommon Fish | Enchanted Sea Creatures | Rare Sea Creatures Fishing takes on a new dimension in the High Seas Booster. Quests can be taken from fishmongers on town docks. Common, plain ‘fish’ are still caught by training fishermen, though with lessening frequency, up to approximately 80 skill. Unnamed crabs and lobsters can also be caught at low levels. Inshore fish can be caught in shallow water, or deeper water close to the shoreline. Lobster pots must be at least 5 tiles from shore.
