He will tell you of his poor wife, Aminia, who was bitten by a werewolf and now hides in a remote cave on the island of Ice. He will give you a dagger to accomplish the deed. (UBWS). Seek out Aminia, but seek her at night, when she becomes a wolf. She can not be harmed when she is in her human form. (approximately 9 - 10pm UO time)<em>note: it is not necessary to use the provided dagger, the wolf can be killed by other means. </em>Once the task is completed return to Fabrizio in Moonglow.
