| Content | Individuals who meet the qualification requirements may place small houses in designated areas, these do not affect houses on the main shards, nor on Siege or Mugen. As on main shards, each account may only own one house and the usual 7 day waiting period applies when trading or demolishing. Players must complete quest objectives in order to maintain their home. Houses that have not been refreshed via quest objectives will be subject to a 28-day decay cycle. Larger houses are reserved for guilds in different designated areas.

Upkeep Requirement: 14 Job Board tasks per 28 day cycle for the city owning the housing area, completed by the character that placed the house.
