When Entering the codes into Account Management, enter the codes without the dashes and it should work properly.

We are aware of an issue with the Account Management Page not accepting the Sovereign codes. As soon as this is corrected we will let you know. Also if you are looking for the Sovereigns on the Origin store you have to search “Ultima Online” not “UO”. The in game store is directed to a UO search. We have already contacted Origin to get this issue fixed.
We have also discovered an issue that field for in game promotional code items are coming back invalid. This will be fixed during your next maintenance cycle.
