New Legacy – Pets

New Legacy has a wide variety of unique pets from vanity pets to named tameables. Characters on New Legacy may own a variety of pets, depending on skill sets.

Non-tamer characters have an available 9 stable slots and may own many smaller pets including ridable mounts such as: forest ostards, rideable llamas, swamp dragons, giant beetles or any of the vanity pets.

Tamer characters have an available 21 stable slots at GM Taming/Lore and may own any pets such as: all normal pets, unique tameable pets and vanity pets.

Feeding Pets

A well fed pet is a wonderfully happy pet. NPC stable masters sell apples, cooked bird and hay, provisioners and innkeepers also sell apples and cooked bird. Meat or fish eating pets can also be given the command “all devour” and will eat from a targeted carcass, providing that carcass is edible. Human and skeleton carcasses are examples that cannot be used in this way.

Note: The Ashen Sigil must be ignited on the Ritual Fire within the Inferno Caves before it can be used as a lure.

The Juvenile Manticores are accessible for a short period of time (in the range of 2 hours) after defeating Hurika and Torst. Their hidden area is protected by rocks that can be blown open using Pyroclastic Bombs.
