We will be releasing a new client and Publish 89 to European shards this evening and all North American shards during the regular morning maintenance cycles.

We are having some technical issues with the cloud servers, which is the reason why the West Coast shards are currently down. We hope to have this issue resolved and shards back up in approx.2.5 hours.

Greetings everyone,
In an effort to increase the quality of support and streamline assistance for certain account and billing-related issues, Broadsword is now pleased to offer a new phone callback service to help resolve complex account and billing issues.
Please be aware that in-game issues are not part of this new initiative. Our Support team will attempt to resolve all account and billing-related issues via email first. The callback service will only be offered in situations where all attempts to resolve the issue via email have been exhausted. Our aim is to lessen the amount of back and forth sometimes required to reduce the total resolution time of complex, account and billing-related issues.
Tentatively, the Customer Support Team will be able to make callbacks between the hours of *12PM – 12AM EST* (noon – midnight) or *5PM – 5AM GMT*. Please keep that timeframe in mind when coordinating with the Support Team to setup a callback.
At this time, callbacks will only be offered in English.

Good Afternoon Everyone,
We will be pushing Publish 89 to Izumo this afternoon during their normal Maintenance cycle and Origin will get it in the morning after their maintenance cycle. Please remember that character transfers for those two shard will be unavailable until we publish this out to production early next week.
I would also like to let everyone know that the Housing Database will be turned back on Friday 2/20/2015. If you feel your house is in decay and should not be, please either page a GM in game or email support@ultimaonline.com so we can help with this on an individual basis. When we turn on the housing database the decay of houses will pick back up where they left off.

Due to the large number of houses going into decay we have turned off the Housing Warehouse until we can look into this issue further. We will keep everyone informed as to when it will be turned back on as soon as possible. Due to the holiday tomorrow we will not return to the office until Tuesday.

Update:
All Cupid statues are place on all shards except for Mugen, Wakoku, Hokuto, Formosa, Izumo, Mizuho, Yamato, Asuka, Arirang, Balhae, and Sakura. Those will be placed after your normal maintenace cycle today.

Just wanted to let everyone know that we have an issue with the new art display of the Valentine Gifts. We are putting out a new client now, as soon as everyone has the client I will start placing the statues. Sorry for the confusion and delay!

Greetings Everyone,
Starting tomorrow morning we will be patching a new client and publishing all shards so we can deliver a Valentine's Gift to everyone. Cupid will not deliver your gifts till after you regular maintenance cycles. This year we are going to do something a little different. A Red Cupid will appear somewhere in the City of Compassion, once you find it you may claim your gift. The location will be different on all shards so happy hunting.

The updates to Vendor Search and the Promotional Codes are now complete. Vendor Search will update properly and you should see an increase in speeds in which you receive your Promotional items in game.

Greetings Everyone,
We are going to be taking down the Promotional System to do some upgrades to it tomorrow, January 15th, starting at 10 am.ET. These updates will improve the processing and delivery speed of all promotional codes in game.
We will also be doing updates to Vendor Search for new items recently added. We are not taking it offline but you will notice that it will not update. We will post updates as each task is completed.
