This can be delivered in a book to the EM Hall, via email to kincaidsiege@gmail.com, or you can assign somebody to represent you at the meeting. Gates to the meeting appear during the hour before the meeting, at all major banks, player town monuments, and player-run teleporter hubs. Someone has been stealing all our pumpkins!!!! Bill the Farmer stood in his field, about to start harvesting this year’s bright orange crop. But, as he stood there, there was a “pop” next to him. He looked down, and saw a large hole in the ground where a pumpkin had been! Next, pop. Pop. POP! POP POP POP!!! Pumpkins vanished into the earth at an astounding rate!
