Hiding is an essential skill for a thief or ninja as a preliminary to stealthing from, or through danger areas. The act of hiding will make you invisible to other players, but not unfindable. Shoving through someone who is hidden will give a message ‘You shove something invisible aside’. The player then has the option of casting the spell ‘reveal’ or using the skill ‘detect hidden’ if they have those abilities. Healing

Healing in Detail Healing skill can be the basis of a role played, dedicated healer, but more usually it is the skill trained by warriors (see the page Melee Fighter). Healing has three main functions, repairing damage, curing poison and resurrecting player ghosts. Success in these endeavours depends on your skill in both Healing and Anatomy.   The skill ‘detect hidden’ is used both passively and actively to detect hidden boxes, hidden traps, hidden people, and for those engaged in Virtue vs Vice, hidden sigils. Until publish 105, June 2019, Detect hidden, together with lockpicking, was also a qualifying requirement for training the skill ‘remove trap’. This requirement no longer applies. Scrolls of Power

Scrolls of Power are items that allow veteran players to continue the development and/or specialization of their characters.
