Begin the quest chain by talking to Kane Master of Arms, at the training hall in Trinsic. His recruits are not up to standard, he asks you to set an example to make them work harder.
Kane will send you out three times. The first time to kill 10 mongbats, the second 10 imps and the third 10 daemon.
