He will allow you to sign up for the event.

You will need to stable any pets you have with you. You will find a hitching post just to the east, at the beginning of the dock. Make your way down the dock to the starting posts and wait for the race to start.

As you travel down the course you will find the sea muck and waves mentioned at sign up.<a href="https://uo.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/pumpkin-regatta8.jpg"><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-34044" src="https://uo.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/pumpkin-regatta8.jpg" alt="" width="806" height="423" /></a>proceed down the course, avoiding the muck and catching the waves until you reach the finish line.
