Entry to Twisted Weald is only granted to those who have undertaken the Dreadhorn quest and is gained by passing through a teleport sparkle in the Mushroom Caves (13.26’N 8.55’E 1450, 1471). The Weald is divided into three distinct habitat types. Initially the landscape is wooded. This is the location of the altar for the champion Twualo of the Glade and at the northern boundary of the wood is found Swoop, one of the Named Creatures. Found west of Sacrifice shrine in Ilshenar the mushroom caves, while classed as a dungeon for the purpose of fishing quests, have no hostile spawn. At the back of the caves, facing the entrance is a throne fronted by a carpet of mushrooms, there are a number of small pools and in the cave to the south a waterfall drops into a larger pool. Labyrinth is a city hidden in a mountain on the remote Isle of the Divide. To reach the isle a crystal on a pedestal near Umbra can be used (40.46’N 28.07’E 1723, 1160). A picture of the pedastal is inset into the map above. A return journey can be achieved through a black moongate, of which a picture is also inset into the map (57.18’N 31.42’E 1774, 972). Many, though not all, of Britannia’s cities have a cemetery close by. Most, though not all, have some level of undead spawn within them. They can be excellent training areas for newer characters. Exodus Dungeon is found in the Eastern half of Central Ilshenar (74.21’N 34’48’W 828, 778). The area around the entrance is troubled by a spawn of chaos daemons, dopplegangers, arcane daemons, molochs and quagmires while the upper levels of the building contain controllers and golems. The main dungeon is reached by stepping on the star field at the center of the ground level of the building. Inside are found more controllers and golems, enslaved gargoyles and exodus minion lords. Blighted Grove is a Mondain’s Legacy dungeon in Trammel and Felucca found by a corrupted waterfall south east of Dungeon Shame (1.13’S 51.45’W 587, 1638). The entrance is in the roots of a gnarled old Yew tree, a bone machete is needed to negotiate the roots of the tree to gain entry. This object can only be obtained from a blacksmith who has been taught to make the item by Jamal the Fisherman.
