Good afternoon,,     We are putting out a new client patch which should fix the Japaense cliloc errors tonight .  All servers will receive a publish during their normal maintenance hours to change the way the 14th Anniversary Shard Shields function.  They will now only allow transfers once every 2 weeks.  You will see a disturbance in Character transfers until all shards get the same server version. With us publishing out Vendor search we are having to take down the Housing warehouse and the Character transfer warehouse for a few hours today to make sure we update those also. This should be a one time only occurance so please be patient with us. Vendor Search Players will not see these improvements for the first 3 hours until the data base has been rebuilt. Update 6:30pm EST: All shards will be down to finalize the migration of the databases for two hours and thirty minutes.  We expect to have all shards back up by 9 pm EST.
