At a recent general meeting, Pitmuck goblin leader Ozog Giantfart declared that King Blackthorn’s recent absence constituted dereliction of duty (in so many words), and that he would be holding a Council meeting–in King Blackthorn’s own Council room–for his own coronation. On Wednesday, August 19th, that is exactly what he did. At an informal and likely treasonous Council gathering, Ozog invited the Britannian governors and Pitmuck goblins to celebrate what he called a “bloodless coup”. Several governors did, in fact, attend–which will no doubt be of great interest to King Blackthorn. Seated in their usual positions were Governor Victor II […]

The Parrying and Bushido skills are checked during combat to determine whether an attack can be fully blocked. Melee and archery attacks can be fully parried if the defender is using a Shield or Melee weapon. On a successful parry, the attacker will miss completely. If a special move is parried it will not drain mana from the special move user. Note that if you are using a shield, the Bushido skill will actually lessen your chance to block an attack. The formula below includes a dexterity modifier if dexterity is less than 80. In simple terms this means that you […]
Chivalry Spells and Abilities Chivalry is a spellcasting ability of the Paladin, instead of reagents it uses Tithing points. To cast the spells you will also need a Book of Chivalry from an NPC Keeper of Chivalry in Luna. This book contains not only the 10 Paladin spells but also shows how many tithing points you have. Because Chivalry is by nature aligned with the forces of good, a Paladin who has high karma will find his/her chivalrous powers more effective. Karma can affect both the duration and power of various of the Chivalry abilities. Tithing You may tithe gold […]
