In-game and billing support is available between the hours of 9 AM and 4 AM EST, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our agents will do their best to address your issue in a timely manner, and will also attempt to resolve your issue even if you happen to be offline. In these cases, an email will be sent to the address associated with the account with a description on how your issue was resolved.
