Taking the Quest Fishing quests are obtained from Fishmongers, these can be found on the docks at Britain Jhelom Moonglow Papua (Serpent Pillars) Sea Market Skara Brae Trinsic Vesper Your boat (tall ships only) must be nearby, though need not be at the dock. This highly useful item for cooks and gardeners is obtained by the unlikely activity of throwing full water pitchers at a water elemental (double click pitcher, target water elemental). Most pitchers unfortunately will smash (‘The water pitcher has shattered’), but eventually you will see the message ‘The water elemental has thrown a magical decanter back to you’. Each water elemental only has one magical decanter. Once obtained the decanter must be linked to a water source – usually a water trough. Whilever you are within reach of this source the decanter will auto refill from it.
