The resort is found at the Northern edge of the beach of Western Fire Island, Trammel, except on Siege Perilous shard, where there is no Volcano. On this shard the casino is found on one of the islands of the crumbling continent.
On a pedestal at the entrance you will find a book. This is what it says:

Welcome to the Fortune’s Fire Resort & Casino!
Before you approach the doorman and ask to enter please remember these important rules of the House.
Firstly, there is a zero tolerance policy for griefers or cheaters. If you are caught doing either of these you will be removed from the Resort and will not be permitted back in (This is an account wide removal!).
Please have courtesy for your fellow gamer and the dealers. Do not spam, if you have spell macros either turn them off or stuff your spell book(s) in a bag inside your backpack. Ask a dealer if you need a spellbook bag. All pets and mounts must be stabled, you may do so by saying “Stable” next to the hitching post.
Gargoyles are asked to respect this as a no fly zone and land during your stay. Any questions please ask a dealer and most importantly, have fun!
On entering the area you will find, wandering around, Drinks girls who tout their wares with the call ‘Drinks? Anyone need a beverage?’. Double clicking one will get the response’ Enjoy the drink. Tips are appreciated’ and a ‘Mug of Fortune’s Fire Grog’ will appear in your pack. If you succumb to her hint and hand her a tip she will thank you.
To the left of the Entrance is the cashier’s tent where you must buy chips if you wish to play the games and can cash out when you leave (if you’ve any chips left and the end of your gambling session!).
Beside the Cashier tents is the Lucky Darts booth, unmanned currently, so not functional.
The next tent to the right is the Dice Games
There are two Dealers in the Dice Games tent – The Chuckles Luck Dealer and The Hi-Middle-Lo Dealer. Double click on them to begin to play

Beside the Dice Games Tent you will find the Disco Tent. Sadly the Dancer’s Poles appear to be devoid of dancers but the bartender will be happy to supply another mug of grog, advising you ‘Drink up!’
Behind the tents you will find massage tables and beach towels under umbrellas, then further along the fascinating notice ‘Clothing Optional Beyond This Point’. More beach towels can be found past the notice, together with tanning oil and sun cream.
Have fun, and if you should ‘lose your shirt’, well, there’s always the section of beach beyond that notice where you don’t need it.
