Movement Basic movement in Ultima Online is fairly simple, hold down the left mouse button and your character will follow the cursor. Click the right mouse button while holding the left down will lock in the movement mode and allow your character to release the left button and still have your character following the cursor. The greater the distance between your character and the cursor the faster the character will move, up to maximum movement speed. In the mountains on the north east side of the lake, Termir Ilshen in Ilshenar is the entrance to the spider cave and Rag Nax (62.55’N 7.01’E 1423, 908). Inside the cave Giant Black Widows, Terathan warrior and dread spiders weave their webs while in the south west corner a nest of egg cases are watched over by a Terathan matriarch. Just beyond the matriarch a passage leads outside to a small enclosed valley, Rag Nax; home to giant spiders and containing a small circle of pillars surrounding a glowing rune. South of Valor Shrine in Ilshenar, and on the far bank of the river is Sorcerers dungeon, Terort Skitas (1022.44’N 54.25’W 549, 455). The dungeon has two entrances, though one is atop the mountain, in the temple of knowledge, and only reachable by use of the teleport spell (105,17’N 53.55’W 556, 426). Entering up the stairs into the mountain an adventurer is greeted by skeletons, skeletal knights and lich. Deep in a maze of mountain passes south of Chaos Shrine in Ilshenar is the entrance to Dungeon Rock (92.38’N 32.41’E 1788, 570). A short entry hall guarded by a zombie, shade and skeleton leads into this underground stone-built complex of many passages and rooms. The area is very sparsely populated, though lich seem to spawn randomly almost anywhere. The first group of corridors occupied by only a single lich and stone gargoyle. Ankh is a rambling dungeon all on one level and having four entrances in Ilshenar. The entrances are marked on the map below as A, B, C and D. Entrance A is located south west of the shrine of honor. A ruin against the edge of the mountain surrounds stairs leading downwards (61.05’N 46.11’W 666, 929). Slightly west of this entrance is the oddly colored flowstone, one of Ilshenar’s resurrection points.
