Ortlem is found on the South West side of the city center.
His simple request is for reagents for casting his Mysticism spells, 100 each of Dragon’s Blood and Daemon Bone.

Daemon Bone can be obtained by killing any of the void creatures spawning around Ter Mur.
Dragon blood can be found by skinning any of the reptile-like creatures such as:

Note: Daemon bone can also be found on creatures in the dungeon Doom in Malas
The reward for this task is simply worded as ‘knowledge’ in the quest pages, the item received is a Crystal Ball of Knowledge.
When placed in the character’s back pack and turned on the ball informs you ‘I will now tell you skill difficulty’ Which it proceeds to do with each skill you use.
