The Manifestation of Evil has been vanquished and the undead driven from the cities, but the fight against evil forces continues and the need to push back Veylara and the Shadow Reavers continues in Ter Mur. Demonic forces have taken over an island, access to it has been created through a portal south of the west gate of Royal City. In place of the usual altar, a corrupted Oak tree is surrounded by Runestones. The 16 runestones represent the usual 16 red candles which surround the altar. 11/20/2024 Greetings, We’ve received reports and have investigated instances of latency associated with the Treasures of the Shattered Sanctum event during peak population periods. In an effort to address this concern we will be pushing a hotfix beginning with North American shards during each shard’s regularly scheduled maintenance on November 21, 2024. As a result of this change non-paragon spawn will no longer leave corpses when killed during the event. This change will not impact your ability to earn points towards a minor artifact drop or your ability to qualify for that drop when killing monsters. This is not a […]
7/31/2024 Greetings, We will be pushing an update to Publish 117 to Izumo with that shard’s next regularly scheduled maintenance. Please be advised that this update includes fixes exploited tabbards and those stored on mannequins will drop to the floor. Equipped tabbards will be placed in the player’s backpack upon login. Those players who have an exploited tabbard may contact a GM until August 15th to receive a Transmogrification Potion or the tabbard may be kept as decoration forevermore. This is a sea encounter that was introduced in publish 71, July 2016. It requires special items from the fishing quest to start, the Oracle of the sea and Charybdis bait. From publish 106, Autumn 2019 these two items can also be crafted, the Oracle by a tinker and the bait by a cook, however they still require rare ingredients, obtainable from Ancient SoS chests. When used the Oracle will identify a random location somewhere on the same sub-server (excluding the Cove, Minoc, Wrong area where there is insufficient deep water), this location is good for 1 hour.
