Terathan Keep is found in the Lost Lands, west of Papua, difficult to reach because the keep is besieged, both above and below ground by the Terathans’ arch enemies, the Ophidians. The large stone-built upper section of the keep is surrounded by trees with a water fall and river running through it. Terathan drones, warriors, avengers and matriarchs roam throughout. South West of Honor moongate in Ilshenar is an abandoned, walled villa which has become the ratmens’ lair (70.34’N 47.31’W 647, 821). Although the gate in the wall is closed, access is easily achieved where the neglected wall has fallen. Two mis-matched doors close the building itself. Ratmen archers and mages along with their less lethal tribe members roam both house and garden. In the north west corner of the building a door at the head of the staircase leads to the cellar.
In the center of Termir Ilshen lake in Ishenar is the sandy island of Reg Volom (48’25’N 2.48’E 1363, 1073). The island is reached only by teleporter from Rag Nax – a hidden valley in the mountains beyond the spider cave. A similar teleporter, a glowing rune within a circle of pillars, is the arrival point, and departure point for a return journey. The large building on the island is the Ethereal Warrior’s Castle. Located underneath the Ethereal warrior’s castle on Reg Volom in Ilshenar is Spectre Dungeon (52.12’N 2.44’E 1362, 1030). This grey building of tombs with sarcophagi and rooms of ancient scrolls and books terminates at its northern edge at a throne room. It is occupied by ghouls, wraiths and spectres.

Sanctuary is found in the mountains just off the Britain to Yew road a little north of the Brigand Camp (1.50’S 38.57’W 769, 1645). A mountain pass leads to the entrance of this very busy dungeon where numerous creatures live, not always in harmony, as this picture of the war zone shows. A short way into the dungeon the path runs alongside some derelict buildings. This blue stone and marble building is found at the top of the mountain above Sorcerers Dungeon in Ilshenar. It can only be reached by making your way through the dungeon or, if you can locate the right spot, by teleporting from the river bank below to the small garden at the front of the temple. On the first level of the temple are the books “The tome of Sorcerous Lore’ and “The book of Natural Truths”. South of Valor Shrine in Ilshenar, and on the far bank of the river is Sorcerers dungeon, Terort Skitas (1022.44’N 54.25’W 549, 455). The dungeon has two entrances, though one is atop the mountain, in the temple of knowledge, and only reachable by use of the teleport spell (105,17’N 53.55’W 556, 426). Entering up the stairs into the mountain an adventurer is greeted by skeletons, skeletal knights and lich. Deep in a maze of mountain passes south of Chaos Shrine in Ilshenar is the entrance to Dungeon Rock (92.38’N 32.41’E 1788, 570). A short entry hall guarded by a zombie, shade and skeleton leads into this underground stone-built complex of many passages and rooms. The area is very sparsely populated, though lich seem to spawn randomly almost anywhere. The first group of corridors occupied by only a single lich and stone gargoyle. In the mountains north of Sacrifice shrine in Ilsh, behind the ratmen village, is found the entrance to the ratmen mine (41.18’N 20,36’W 1030, 1154). The first chamber of this excavation is a maze of levels, ladders and mining equipment, populated by ratmen, a ratman mage and earth elementals. Precious emeralds and diamonds in the walls show one reason for the mine. A further tunnel leads deeper into the mountain but here evidence of mining activities is absent, as are the ratmen.
