The Random Loot Generator came into use as part of the Shame Dungeon revamp, publish 73, 2011. In publish 86, September 2014 all random loot, globally, became generated in this way. Named Quest Rewards and Artifacts from the various Artifact Collections, having fixed, not random, properties are not affected. All magical items (weapons, armor, and jewelry) spawn with properties generated by the Random Loot Generator. Repairing Weapons and Armor The general rule on repairing is basically, if you can make it, you can repair it. This means, a smith can repair all metal armor and weapons (except those made by a tinker), a tailor can repair leather and cloth armor, a fletcher can repair bows, a carpenter all wooden weapons, shields and armor (except nunchaku) and a tinker can repair such items as cleavers, butcher knives, nunchaku and jewelry. There are a small number of potions that owe nothing to the alchemist’s art and can not be crafted. These are: Exploding Tar Potion. Obtained from Gretchen the Alchemist on completion of her ‘curiosities’ quest. Unlike the majority of the quests given by the Underworld NPCs this one is repeatable. The potion is also one of the ‘rare potions’ available from the barrel sponge which is part of the Kings Collection. The potion slows movement with a ‘forced walk’ effect. The King’s Collection is a theme pack purchasable from EA Store consisting of decor and furniture items for home owners. Special items are obtained by using the theme pack code in the ‘promotions’ section of the help menu after the code has been used to upgrade the relevant account in the Accounts Management pages.
