The following changes have been published to TC1 as of the latest release date,
<ul>
<li>Resolved issue where players could have access to certain masteries after soul stoning a skill.</li>
<li>Players can no longer use soulstones with an active mastery.</li>
<li>Mastery passives will be removed on login if a player does not have the correct skill or active mastery.</li>
<li>Fixes issue where pet attacks would not proc the fiendish calling AI.</li>
<li>Covetous resource maps will now indicate when they are located in the Lost Lands.</li>
<li>Artifacts will preserve their max durability when exchanged with the Legendary Artificer.</li>
<li><del>Harbingers can now only be summoned in a cemetery.</del>
<ul>
<li><em>This issue will be resolved in a future update.</em></li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Cannonballs can now be smelted.</li>
<li>Mannequins and stewards can now equip talisman.</li>
<li>You can now specify an amount of seeds to remove from the seedbox.</li>
<li>"Owned by" items can no longer be equipped on mannequins, stewards, or vendors.</li>
<li>Time of Legends items can now be dyed with natural dye.</li>
<li>Revenants spawned in doom will no longer endlessly pursue their victims outside of the dungeon.</li>
<li>Fixed issue where the New Magincia gardening contract would not work between years.</li>
<li>NPC mage guildmasters will always accept gold for training.</li>
<li>Fixed issue where the Silver Sapling would erroneously work outside of the Stygian Abyss.</li>
<li>Fixed issue where players could get stuck on the Spirituality shrine while on a trade quest.</li>
<li>Fixed the skill requirement for entering the City of Wind.</li>
<li>Level 5 & 6 treasure maps have been added to the Hag Quest.</li>
<li>Endless Journey players will receive a warning gump on login when mounted on a mount that contains items (This is currently live in Publish 99).</li>
<li>Fixed issue where guards would instakill red players participating in a VvV city battle.</li>
<li>Fixed issue where Global Chat presence would not be properly updated when players go offline.</li>
<li>Fixed issue where the exit locations for the Primeival Lich spawn could be blocked with items.</li>
<li>Fixed issue where Bard Mastery Despair would not deliver the correct damage.</li>
<li>The Gorgon Lens should now work on all equipment that fits in the head, neck, and shield slot.</li>
<li>The Cu Sidhe is now considered a wolf with regard to slayer damage, the Cu Sidhe also remains vulnerable to fey slayer.</li>
<li>There is now a delay when toggling acceptance of trades in the trade window.</li>
<li>Fixes issue where a number of skills could get stuck on a player. This issue will be resolved on player login.</li>
<li>Fixes issue where players purchasing City Banners would receive tokenization errors.</li>
<li>The Palomino Horse & Lasher can now be trained.</li>
<li>Gnarled Staves that do not have any "charges" associated with any magical spell item properties can now be reforged.</li>
<li>Fixed issue where ML artifact drops would not occur.</li>
<li>Pets duplicated by Medusa will no longer have positive karma.</li>
<li>Fixed issue where Messages in a Bottle would become erroneously named when used with the Davies' Locker.</li>
<li>Sapphires have been added to the ore cart spawn.</li>
<li>Skeleton keys can now be combined up to 100 charges.

<li><em>An issue has been resolved where skeleton keys would no longer function after this change.</em></li>

<li>Yarn made on a spinning wheel will now properly stack in a player's backpack.</li>
<li>The "wight" corpse will no longer be erroneously named.</li>
<li>Fixed issue where magic reflect buff icon would display erroneous information when logging in.</li>
<li>Adjusted Travesty's wrestling skill.</li>
<li>The Jewelry Box can now be secured with contents if the house has available storage.</li>
<li>Adjusted Despise Island Champ Spawn to reduce lag.</li>
<li>Cleanup Britannia points can now be exchanged between characters on an account by visiting the Cleanup Exchange Stone located at the Britain Commons.</li>
<li>The Britain Cleanup Officer will now spawn in the Britain Commons.</li>
<li>Amethysts spawned in Exodus Chests will now stack with those purchased from the Jeweler.</li>
<li>Sugarcane & Flax will now produce seeds.</li>
<li>Daemons, Ogre Lords, Silver Serpents, and Wisps will no longer be associated with factions, resulting in odd results while trying to bard them.</li>
<li>Flax will now produce flax instead of cotton.</li>
<li>Spellweaving spell "Word of Death" will now have the correct minimum skill requirement displayed in the spellweaving book.</li>
<li>Slayer damage will now impact Magery Mastery Death Ray.</li>
<li>Feint victims will now have a debuff icon applied.</li>
<li>Players will no longer enter a broken/frozen state when when manipulating scrolls while casting.</li>
<li>The Hearth of the Home fireplace will now retain the color it is dyed when redeeded.</li>
<li>The club will now show as retaining the hue of its material in the carpentry menu.</li>
<li>Pets summoned via summoning talisman can no longer be stabled.</li>
<li>Players must now be in their default body in order to use soulstones.</li>
<li>The Cu Sidhe will no longer be able to be tamed with necromancy.</li>
<li>Vanity mounts can now be rezzed without veterinary or animal lore skill when in consensual-PvP rulesets.</li>
<li>Players can now use the "Honor" virtue on non-moving and flying creatures.</li>
<li>The rat king Champion will now be known as "The Piper."</li>
<li>The bulletin board height has been adjusted to keep it from being misplaced during house customization.</li>
<li>All facings of the gray couch & loveseat from the King's Collection can now be dyed with furniture dyes.</li>
<li>Various necromancy spells that were not causing true spell damage will now do so.</li>
<li>All rare & legendary High Seas fish can now be made into trophies.</li>
<li>The Humility Virtue will now open the proper webpage when the help option is selected.</li>
<li>Hooded Robes & Wedding clothes obtained through the Ultima Store can now be dyed with plant & special pigments special, and regular dye tubs.</li>
<li>The Goblin Statue will now function like the ring and fishing pole.</li>
<li>There is now a uniform lack of mana message provided when casting Magery or Necromancy spells. Note this will result in shards on Publish 99 displaying the updated message without the mana requirements.</li>
<li>All pets which have been exploited by releasing or death will have the following stats reset and incur a penalty to their advanced pet training.
<ul>
<li>Strength, intelligence, dexterity, hit points, stamina, mana, base damage, and all resists will be reset to defaults.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Pet Training: Pre-Publish 97 & Store pets that start Animal Training may have their pet slots updated based on their pet strength and will be given a warning before proceeding. Pets will no longer be able to start training if it will result in the pet being over the max cap.</li>
<li>Pet Training AI: Poison AIs now properly use the poisoning skill of the pet.</li>
<li>Pet Training AI: Discordance AI can no longer target itself.</li>
<li>Pet Training: Cold Wind now uses its correct cost to apply the AI.</li>
<li>Pet Training: The Windrunner’s max pet slot has been increased to 4 which will be consistent with other store mounts providing two levels of animal training.</li>
<li>Pet Training: Reordered Special Move list.</li>
<li>Pet Training: Corrected issue where selecting Special Abilities would prevent the selection of magical abilities.</li>
<li>The Animal Lore gump now properly shows skill caps in both clients.</li>
<li>Pet AI: Improved Dragon AI target selection for Greater Dragons, Dragon Turtles, and Frost Dragons.</li>
<li>Pet AI: Added visual effects for the following abilities: Angry Fire, Cold Wind, and Raging Breath.</li>
<li>Pet AI: Scaled up damage on the following special moves: Cold Wind, Steal Life, and Raging Breath.</li>
<li>Pet AI: Conductive Blast now deals damage after the resistance de-buff is applied.</li>
<li>Pet AI: Lighting Force’s stun is no longer guaranteed to trigger, and the stun chance can be reduced by the target’s Resisting Spells skill.</li>
<li>Pet AI: Repel no longer triggers mana cost when already under the effect of Repel.</li>
<li>Pet AI: Necromancy/Necromage no longer casts Corpse Skin if pet's damage type is physical or cold.</li>
<li>Swords Mastery: Onslaught now correctly handle weapons with multiple damage types when selecting resistance debuff.</li>
</ul>
Client Changes
<ul>
<li>Made improvements to classic client movement speed to be on par with the enhanced client when pathfinding is enabled. Holding the right mouse button will now auto navigate around objects.</li>
<li>Trade windows will now support commas.</li>
<li>The classic client text hue for damage that pets receive is now yellow instead of red.</li>
<li>Optimizations for the enhanced client have been made that should improve performance in NPC heavy areas.</li>
<li>Fixed many coastal areas where terrain transitions would not look right or there were errant terrain tiles.</li>
<li>Fixed worldbuilding & dynamic spawn in the Britain Commons.</li>
<li>Player health bars now properly convert to and from party bars.</li>
<li>Resolved issue in the Classic Client which resulted in the player freezing if they closed the resurrection menu by using CloseGumps macro.</li>
<li>The Enhanced Client now supports the mouse control configuration "switch mouse button".</li>
</ul>
Art Changes

<li>Fixed shading on City Banners.</li>
