Skill Masteries

Masteries are special abilities available only to those who have trained their skills carefully, modified skill points from items are not counted. Mastery spells have three intensity tiers and are contained in the masteries spell book.  The book can be obtained by bards through the older ‘spellsong quests‘  or by undertaking the quest ‘A time for Legends‘ from Hawkwind the Timelord. Percolem Quest Guide

Percolem can be found in Royal City,Ter Mur in the little market area. He gives a series of tiered quests. You must complete a set number of each tier before you may move on to the next, each tier also has a cooldown period between quests. Begin with Tier 1, for which there is no qualifying requirement. Fortune’s Fire Resort and Casino

Dragon Barding

  Created as a deed by a Blacksmith, dragon barding serves two purposes. In pvm combat barding gives a reduction in damage to the dragon’s rider – 10% for normal quality, 20% for exceptional quality (this does not apply to pvp combat) The barding will add to the mount’s natural resists in the same way as armor does for a character, giving bonuses as if it were 5 pieces of plate armor. The Dockmaster

The Dockmaster at Seamarket has the ability to dry dock your ship for you or to temporarily empty the entire contents of the hold. NPC Vessels

In addition to the Pirate Quest vessels there are three additional NPC vessel types: Orc Ships, crewed by orcs but having no red, named, pirate aboard. As can be expected from orcs, these are hostile and will attack. Gargoyle Ships, having a gargoyle crew consisting of a captain, a navigator and several deckhands. These are merchants and will not attack, but will defend themselves if under attack. Tokuno Ships, having a human crew consisting of a captain, a navigator and several deckhands. There are a number of  ‘conversations’ you may undertake with Sosaria’s residents, plus some spoken commands which give details about your character.  Many npc’s you meet will have a context menu, accessed by a single left click on the character.
