A New Shard for a New Legacy

We are aware of the exploit to make 5 slot pets more powerful by releasing and re-taming, a fix was published this morning. The pets that have been affected by this exploit will have their stats reset in the near future. We will not be touching the skills or the AI’s of the pets.

This morning during the regular maintenance cycle of the US shard the following bug fixes were published, this evening the rest of the shards will be published.
• Resolved issue which allowed players to mount pets that were polymorphed.
• Adjusted Barracoon AI to no longer turn pets into ratmen.
• Adjusted Medusa pet petrification to no longer change the hue of pets.
• Adjusted the old Phoenix to match the new Phoenix body as well as adjusting the base damage and removed the hue.
• Pet movement speed is now capped at 190 dexterity
• Resolved issue which prevented armor swamp dragons from being mounted (Will be resolved once publish is WW).
• Resolved issue with pet Discordance AI incorrectly casting tribulation and despair.
• Pets can no longer dismount while owners are mounted/hovering.

Beginning this evening with the Japanese shards, the following hotfixes will be deployed with each shard’s regularly scheduled maintenance,
• Resolved issue where player created Mysticism Healing Stone would delete after server maintenance.
• Resolved issue where pet Special Move mana cost is not being consumed at correct cost.
• Creatures no longer aggro without line of sight.
• Resolved issue where Magincia pet vendors improperly displayed stable slots over 24.
• Adjusted Pet AIs Mage Mastery and Necromage to prefer melee combat.
• Resolved issue which prevented Necromancy Death Adder from using poison.
• Resolved issue where animal training used remaining available points when lower than the capped property weight was selected.
• Resolved server crash which occurred over the weekend.
• 16th Anniversary Pony animal lore and animal taming requirements have been increased for pets that have undergone animal training.

We have increased the number of available stable slots to 42, we are offering the Stable Slot Increase Token through the In Game store which will be available to you today. This is an account bound item which allows you to add 3 additional stable slots to your character. You may apply up to 7 tokens to any one character.
Starting this afternoon with Japan after your shards maintenance your lag issue in the Kotl City will be resolved.

Beginning with the Japanese shards this evening, all shards will be updated to Publish 97 with their regular maintenance by April 27, 2017.
Publish 97 is packed full of new features, most notably the much anticipated update to Animal Taming. You can read all about the new Animal Training features and check out the full list of changes in the Publish 97 wiki. We want to extend a very big thanks to everyone who helped test Publish 97 as well as those who sent in feedback. As always, please feel free to send us any feedback you have.

We have published Origin, Izumo & Baja with the latest version of Publish 97 which includes the following changes. Also visit the individual wiki pages on the Discovering Animal Training Quest, Animal Training, and Animal Training Abilities to learn more.

While this is not a mandatory patch, you are encouraged to update your client to the latest version before playing Origin, Izumo & Baja. Character transfer on these shards will be disabled until Publish 97 is released world wide later this month.
